Is shipping safe for fragile instruments? Absolutely. We treat every instrument like a masterpiece. Your order will be professionally packed with multi-layered protection and "Fragile" handling to ensure it arrives in perfect tune.
When will my order ship? Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your instrument starts its journey to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We want you to love your sound. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we accept returns of unplayed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
What if my instrument arrives damaged? We take quality control seriously. If an item is damaged during transit, please email us at info@chicchord.myshopify.com with photos within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or repair immediately at no cost to you.

How should I maintain my Chic Chord instrument? To keep your instrument "Chic" and sounding its best, avoid extreme humidity and temperature changes. We recommend using a soft microfiber cloth for cleaning after every session.
